We are expanding the UK marketing team of this global business, hiring a Social Media Assistant Manager into the Surrey regional office which Is situated in a campus style location surrounded by woodland. THE ROLE Reporting to the Social Media Manager, this is a newly created role which will support the skills, steady growth and contribution to the regional social media practitioners in the businesses. You will ensure the quality of both B2B and B2C campaign work, providing analytics and insights for each campaign to measure success while continually adjusting the overall strategy to maximise improvement opportunities. It’s essential you are able to demonstrate and report on the brands social media success through ROI & click through / conversion rate measurements. You will be well versed in all social media platforms, ensuring the quality delivery of this brand’s ‘always-on’ social media presence. A collaborative approach is essential, working with 3rd party agency, internal stakeholders and social media peers within the business. You will also be involved with the creation of paid social media campaigns by offering support to the optimisation of paid social content. You will enjoy working within best practice process.
