For those of you who might not be familiar with what an ATS is: Applicant Tracking System is a space that is used for collecting, storing and handling applicants’ data. An ATS allows you to monitor and control the whole recruitment process in a user-friendly way.   Now let’s dive into our ATS and present you some of the cool features: If you have an Employer account, you can log in, click on the number of applications for any of your job ads and see the actual management interface. It will allow you to: Categorize and track received applications based on hiring status. View in appealing “kanban” style, where you can playfully drag any application and drop it to the relevant category.   Look through all the information about a candidate on a separate, pleasant application page. Just click on any applicant, and you will get a new page with all available info about this candidate:   Contact applicants directly from the application details page. This will save so much time, and avoid the possible frustration of going somewhere else. Insert notes for each application. It will be so handy, especially once applications start piling up. You can stop wasting your resources on third-party vendors, as you’ve got your very own ATS now! You will reduce your time-to-hire and bring overall structure and order to your hiring process. Such a person definitely brings added value to the team they work in.   2. Involvement Being involved in volunteer activities, having met ideas or projects that have a positive impact on the group you are doing or parting for, having obtained various qualifications or outstanding results in competitions or Olympiads, denotes that you have the courage to get involved, to work to get what you want and not to give up the first challenge.   3. Responsibility Also, engagement goes hand in hand with responsibility. From the activities you are involved in, it is the responsibility to complete the tasks. A candidate with a strong sense of responsibility will definitely differentiate, and in the eyes of the employer will have a considerable plus from the start.   4. Sincerity Your CV should reflect reality. This is your "business card", the element through which you "sell" and promote your image to the potential employer or recruiter in order to leave a pleasant impression and to convince yourself that you are a professional and that you can bring added value to the team. If you are open to acquiring new knowledge, there is a great chance to be given the opportunity to start from scratch and make a difference. It's up to you to show that you want it! Starting with 12th of April 2016, Facebook offers developers the ability to create bots for the Messenger platform. Summing up in one sentence: With the help of programming, your Facebook page account can automatically reply to messages and can programmatically use the messages that are sent to it. Bots are tools that send automatic messages or images oo Messenger, an application that is used by 1.2 billion users each month and by over 50 million businesses. For many users, it will be the first interaction with artificial intelligence. Yes, we are still far from the time that such a bot can be used without the user realizing that behind the answers is not a person or that the bot is able to answer any kind of question,  but even like this, it can be an important online advantage especially where competition is high! For companies that sell online services/products, it can be used as a sales, support, or loyalty channel. What can be done? Bot reply can be text, image, product (+ product slider), command confirmation, or a simple call2action button.  Conversations can be initiated by pressing a button that can be installed on the site (such as like/share button) or by sending a default message (eg: "I want to buy") through classic messaging (web or phone). What can not be done? The focus is on the conversation, so the scenarios must be designed in such a way that the first message comes from the user. It is technically possible to send messages to users without asking them anything, but this is contrary to Facebook rules. So without advertising or cross-selling messages. How can it be done? The necessary documentation can be found here and answers to any question that may come to a developer who wants to create such a bot. Once the bot is completed, it requires Facebook's manual approval, which may take a few weeks.  Useful scenarios Many. Very much. Unlimited. In principle, there are two main ones: informational or for ordering . For example, the user will need to send a phone no. or email, which will be verified and will respond with the status of the last order. To make commands, think that you can have a well-established flow in which you want the user to respond or make a choice from several variants.
